Associate Consultant
do?

In one sentence? The Associate Consultant is the glue that keeps it all together. At The Frontier Project, the Associate takes ownership of project needs, working with team members to ensure deliverables are on time, within budget, and on track. As the individual who communicates most frequently with our Fortune 500 clients, the Associate plays a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction, thoughtfully delivering clear and concise correspondence, solving problems on the spot, and forecasting project needs, all with a warm, hospitable approach.

In return for delivering on these responsibilities, the Associate gains access to our Lead Consultants, clients, and project teams, as well as considerable insight into our company.

• Can handle a variety of tasks, both business-y and creative in nature to make highly customized solutions come to life—everything from project management and researching, to event planning and various supportive roles.

• Firmly believe no job is too small and demonstrate humility while tackling even the smallest (and most unglamorous) of tasks.

The Job
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Developing project plans and managing processes, from start to finish across multiple projects.

• Maintaining project budgets and monitoring team efficiency to ensure profitability.

• Creating an exceptional experience for our clients. Always.

• Acting as a consistent point of contact for clients (in person, on calls, through email), while exhibiting a professional demeanor.

• Playing wingman to our Lead Consultants by partnering to determine strategy, assist onsite, conduct research, create content, communicate broadly, and do whatever else is necessary to keep our team focused (and sane).

Your Qualifications
Come armed with:

• A great freaking attitude and business savvy mindset.

• 3-5 years of client-facing experience and/or corporate experience

• Bias towards action.

• The ability to inspire confidence that you can perform the job responsibilities.
