do?

We’re growing. Fast. And we need to stay ahead of our clients’ demand for our service. We’re currently looking to expand our pipeline of amazing candidates so we’re ready to ramp up throughout the year.   • enjoy client management and are comfortable navigating difficult conversations and situations
  • ask for candid feedback
  • would never walk into a situation unprepared
  • are creative and able to contribute to the process of generating and revising training content
  • love business travel and can’t wait to hit the road again
  • are a perfect balance of confident + persuasive and humble + open
  • love generating business opportunities with new and existing clients
The Job
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Your Qualifications
Come armed with:
  • A great freaking attitude
  • At least eight years of business experience
  • Previous experience in leading teams, public speaking, stage performance, or training facilitation
  • The desire to travel up to 60% of the time
  • Fluency in multiple languages and/or extensive international travel/residence a huge plus
  • The ability to convince us you’re capable of performing the job responsibilities

  • Starting salary range: $70,000 – $90,000 (based on experience) + aggressive profit share and incentive bonuses
