Lead Consultant

At The Frontier Project, the Lead Consultant is the team member who keeps his or her eye on the horizon, seeking out creative solutions to address our clients’ challenges and mapping the way forward to meet—and exceed—their goals. As the primary strategist for client projects, the Lead Consultant guides teams of project managers, designers, and writers (and in some cases other consultants) to execute highly customized solutions for our diverse roster of Fortune 500 clients.

The Lead Consultant ensures each client is heard, understood, challenged, and delighted throughout the duration of each project, and supports each team member in delivering their absolute best for the benefit of the client.

  • Be a strong team leader who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get in the trenches when needed
  • Be well-versed on global social, economic, business, and technological trends and events
  • Be both totally brilliant and very humble at the same time
  • Possess a desire to help the company, build our business, win new work, and expand client relationships
The Job
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Your Qualifications
Come armed with:
  • A great freaking attitude
  • 7–10 years of client-facing and/or corporate experience in a variety of positions with different companies/industries
  • The ability to travel between 25-50% of the time (You will have plenty of notice to make arrangements for kids, pets, spouses, etc. when travel is required.)
  • Some sales or business development experience
  • The ability to convince us you’re capable of performing the job responsibilities
  • Foreign language fluency a huge plus, as is extensive travel or time spent abroad
