Office Manager

The Office Manager is the most important role in our day-to-day studio operations. Reporting to the Director of Operations and working directly with the CEO and consulting team, this role is integral to the successful running of our workspace, is a first touchpoint for guests and clients, and is positioned to provide game-changing support to the success of our consulting team.

The Job
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • helping key leadership stay as efficient as possible by proactively taking administrative tasks off their plates
  • daily opening and closing of the Studio
  • set up and break down of meeting hospitality
  • studio inventory management and coordinating supply ordering
  • answering phones and general inquiries
  • greeting clients and visitors at the front desk
  • receiving deliveries and sorting incoming mail
  • studio vendor and contractor management
  • studio task management and maintenance
  • and the typical catch-all: all other things as assigned
Your Qualifications
Come armed with:
  • a great freaking attitude
  • the ability to adeptly use the Mac OSx platform, Apple devices, and Google applications
  • past customer service, hospitality, and/or executive admin experience
  • the ability to convince us you can—and want to—perform the responsibilities of this job
